1. Service Quality Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will review your concern and may offer:

A complimentary re-cleaning of the affected area, or

A partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time due to circumstances beyond our control, the booking may be considered canceled and may not qualify for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction reported more than 24 hours after service completion.

Situations where the property was not in a safe or accessible condition for cleaning.

Additional services not included in the original booking.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
